The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Manager, Training in the Complaints Resolution Directorate (SAF/IGQ), under the Secretary of the Air Force Inspector General (SAF/IG).

Establishes continuous, efficient, and successful information flow between this directorate and external agencies, MAJCOMs, lower-level Inspectors General offices on complaints resolution and training requirements.

Accomplishes comprehensive assessments and evaluations of the goals and objectives of The Officeof theInspector General in relationship to long-range planning initiatives to more effectively and efficientlyaccomplish TIG's mission.
