Job summary

CACI is seeking an Entry Level Background Investigator for the Northeast Region. The role involves conducting interviews with subjects and reviewing records to verify background, suitability, and qualifications, using multiple systems to maintain workflow.

You will participate in virtual training, shadowing, and may travel for short TDYs across the United States. Strong written and oral communication, organization, and a mission-driven work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning and organizing work, and communicating effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable determination based on a T5 Investigation.
• Strong sense of mission in supporting national security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with subjects, employers, associates, references, and review records to establish background and qualifications.
• Use multiple systems and technology to maintain workflow and resolve material issues in a case.
• Attend intensive virtual training with shadowing and mentorship from an experienced Investigator.
• Potential travel to locations across the U.S. for temporary duty assignments (TDY).
