As a Principal Consultant in Procurement, you will work with BCG clients to develop and implement strategies to optimize strategic procurement processes and supply chain management. In this role, you will apply your sound expertise, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organization priorities. You will also work in multidisciplinary teams to help businesses improve their products and create market growth strategies.
You’ll be based in Chicago and Atlanta. Moderate travel is anticipated and will vary based on specific project locations.
Base compensation for this role is $230,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and retirement contribution. BCG also provides a market‑leading benefits package described below.
