Inverto North America, backed by BCG, is hiring a Principal Consultant in Procurement to develop and implement strategies optimizing procurement and supply chain processes for diverse clients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape management strategies, and support international growth of Inverto.

Based in Chicago or Atlanta with substantial travel, you will work with high-growth teams to deliver value across industries and guide strategic procurement initiatives on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in procurement and/or supply chain management (consulting experience preferred).
• BS from an accredited university (MS preferred).
• Significant success in business optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams.

What You'll Do

As a Principal Consultant in Procurement, you will work with BCG clients to develop and implement strategies to optimize strategic procurement processes and optimize supply chain management. In this role, you will apply your sound expertise, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organizations priorities. You will also work in multidisciplinary teams to help businesses improve their products and create market growth strategies.

The base compensation for this role is $230,000 in USD.

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and retirement contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below.
