Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or similar technical field or combination of experience.
• Experience commissioning multi-MW energy projects.
• Experience with typical commercial and industrial electrical power (480Vac, 3p).
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the field team and customers.
• Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing technical documentation.
• Design and build tooling for troubleshooting.
• Conduct training sessions for the field team and customers.
• Monitor and analyze technical support metrics.
