Ryder in Nashville, TN is hiring an Operations Technician II to support warehouse operations, offering weekly pay, full benefits, and a career path in supply chain.

The role requires hands-on technical aptitude, experience with WMS systems, and forklift operations, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel locally up to 50% as needed. You will maintain inbound/outbound processes, create dock schedules, and work with carriers and inventory teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record, own vehicle, 25–50% travel.
• Technical aptitude with Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and WMS.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license and Ryder driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI objectives for safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Coordinate with carriers on appointments and load statuses.
• Balance workload by directing WMS to the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve orders.
• Communicate order changes with customers.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
