Job summary

Avera Health is seeking a Supply Chain Warehouse Technician to support receiving, storage, and fulfillment of medical and non-medical supplies in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will use Workday, Tecsys, and handheld devices to ensure accurate inventory flow and timely distribution.

The role emphasizes cycle counting, proper storage, and safe operation of warehouse equipment, contributing to patient care and uninterrupted supply availability.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work the day shift in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receives, unloads, inspects, and verifies inbound freight shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents; records discrepancies and processes receipts in Workday and Tecsys.
• Stores, organizes, and replenishes inventory while maintaining rotation and product integrity.
• Performs cycle counts and periodic inventories to maintain accurate records.
• Picks, stages, packs, and fulfills customer requisitions using warehouse systems and handheld devices.
• Coordinates interfacility transfers and routine or urgent deliveries to ensure availability.
• Prepares outbound shipments with shipping docs and carrier labels.
