Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate MHE (material handling equipment).
• Ability to work in non-regulated warehouse temperatures.
• Forklift training certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work and supervise inventory staff.
• Oversee shifts and evaluate inventory team performance.
• Analyze daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Audit daily error reports and correct as needed.
• Generate monthly WMS-based reports on counts and variances.
• Maintain safety, security, and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Communicate with operations manager and prepare monthly progress reports.
• Assist with training and associate relations.
