Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Warehouse Operator Specialist, Inventory. The Inventory Lead will operate MHEs to move, locate, relocate, count and manage receipts and shipments, while recording data in the WMS.

You will assist supervisors to ensure quality, safety, and procedural compliance within a fast-paced warehouse. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in logistics, and forklift/MHE familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work and supervise inventory staff as needed.
• Oversee shifts and evaluate staff performance.
• Analyze cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Audit daily reports and correct variances in records.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
