Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for day shift to manage receiving, inspecting, and routing materials, ensuring accurate data entry and proper documentation. Position supports inventory management and outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with warehouse team to maintain accurate records and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of materials management experience.
• Data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, process and route materials into the facility and remote sites and enter receipts in the system.
• Notify Warehouse Manager of discrepancies between materials and shipping docs.
• Prepare shipments with documentation for outbound shipments.
• Manage Returned Goods per SOP.
• Deliver stock to staging areas for departments.
• Rotate stock based on receipt date and expiration dates.
