Job summary

SLB in the United States is seeking a Materials Specialist to execute warehouse activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and support stock replenishment. You will work in the division, maintain ERP/WMS data, and ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (3+ years).
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse processes (receiving, storage, issuing) and support stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory in the Warehouse Management System and physical counts.
• Perform cycle counts and physical counts; post adjustments and root-cause analysis.
• Implement labeling and documentation per company standards and local requirements.
• Promote lean practices (5S) to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate material transfers ensuring quality controls and compliance.
