Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring orders are filled accurately and inventory is tracked in a safe manner. You will handle packing, packing slips, and coordinate with the team to support on-time shipments.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, verifying stock, and communicating shortages to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience with inventory control and shipping processes preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements
• Check and verify inventory to ensure stock availability
• Notify supervisor of shortages and material restocking needs
• Package and ship products according to guidelines
• Stock shelves and organize work areas
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift
• Receive, unload, inspect shipments; confirm accuracy with packing slips and POs
• Work overtime and travel as needed
• Other duties as assigned
