Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks and paperwork handling for daily warehouse operations.
• Verify incoming/outgoing products for accuracy and assist with inventory counts.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on damaged or out-of-spec stock and returns.
• Prioritize and pick materials for orders and stage for loading.
• Organize warehouse stock by product line and space availability.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and operate forklifts or order pickers safely (if licensed).
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Support daily closing of warehouse operations and contribute to efficiency goals.
