Job summary

You will supervise associates, coordinate staffing, equipment, and inventory, and drive continuous improvement in line with company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in warehouse leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, and quality.
• Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within assigned area to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise and direct associates in the warehouse.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and inventory for daily targets.
• Enforce standard work procedures and safety rules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean activities.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on shift performance.
• Maintain manpower planning and communicate staffing needs.
• Participate in operational meetings to plan and execute goals.
• Ensure 5S workplace organization standards are followed.
