Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• 3–5+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, AS400, data entry and previous experience with web-based applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protects inventory accuracy, integrity, and salability by following SOPs and cycle counts.
• Directs the warehousing team to execute daily operations.
• Runs reports to maximize building capacity and efficiency.
• Completes inbound and outbound documentation accurately.
• Reads instructions and prepares written reports with clarity.
• Uses the warehouse management system and timekeeping tools.
• Handles products per customer and employer procedures.
• Communicates changes in handling procedures to office personnel.
• Completes warehouse worksheets and maintains records.
• Alerts Supervisor to operational issues affecting other departments.
• Supports safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Interacts with local management on daily activities.
• Follows all procedures in the Operations & Procedure Manual.
