Job summary

TransPak is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee inventory movement, stock control, and tool management in our Kyle, Texas facility. You will maintain accurate records, coordinate with management and vendors, and lead daily audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in warehousing or distribution, strong Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to lift heavy items. You will guide a team to meet schedules and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in transportation, warehousing, or distribution.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage/Oracle/SAP/NetSuite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Ability to push/pull up to 75 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of inventory movement, stocking and re-stocking; account for items.
• Maintain records of quantity, type and value of inventory on hand.
• Participate in monthly and year-end cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate inventory requirements with management and vendors.
• Track transportation and distribution of inventory; ensure secure records.
• Oversee stock records and daily inventory auditing; compile reports as needed.
• Ensure readiness for inspections or audits in collaboration with staff.
