Job summary

TransPak in Livermore, CA is seeking a Warehouse Lead who will manage inventory, fulfillment, and tool management on a hands-on basis. You'll oversee stock records, cycle counts, and coordination with the General Manager to ensure timely procurement and accurate reporting while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in transportation, warehousing, or distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize daily work to meet deadlines.
• Push/Pull up to 75 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory movement including stocking and re-stocking.
• Maintain records of inventory quantity, type, and value.
• Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate procurement details with the Division General Manager.
• Track transportation and distribution of tool and material inventory.
• Perform daily inventory audits and compile reports.
• Ensure employees wear required safety gear and badges.
