Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager – Inventory Specialist + Data Entry to oversee HVAC and plumbing warehouse operations. You will manage inventory, process orders, and ensure accurate data entry across systems like Excel, Service Titan, and Sage.

The role requires forklift operation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to supervise a small team while maintaining safety and efficiency. A high school diploma and relevant warehouse experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience in plumbing or construction industry preferred.
• Strong computer and Excel capability to ensure inventory accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in warehouse management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring proper receipt, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and audits.
• Manage purchase orders, receiving, transferring, and invoicing for inventory accuracy.
• Lead a small team of warehouse staff, providing training and safety oversight.
• Operate a forklift and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Generate reports on inventory levels and warehouse performance.
• Occasionally transport materials as needed with a valid driver''s license.
