Job summary

One Workplace is seeking an AST Coordinator in San Jose, CA to manage inventory intake and support warehouse operations. You will ensure timely processing, data integrity, and accurate record keeping using Hedberg systems.

Responsibilities include matching paperwork, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating shipments while collaborating with delivery and installation teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3+ years warehouse/inventory control experience.
• Experience with warehouse inventory systems and audits is required.

Responsibilities

• Matches receiving paperwork to orders and inputs product into inventory.
• Performs cycle counts and maintains inventory accuracy across locations.
• Audits all warehouse transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitors urgent requests and communicates with furniture project management.
• Acts as a point of contact for inventory questions and problem resolution.
• Records performance data and reconciles productivity with work hours.
• Schedules incoming shipments and coordinates inventory pulls for customers.
• Maintains relationships with managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
