Job summary

Ace Relocation Systems is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Jose to receive, store, and issue materials and to maintain stock records. You will operate a forklift, verify shipments, and keep inventory organized with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role involves labeling, packing/unpacking, and coordinating with IT warehousing staff. Candidates should be comfortable with data entry and basic computer tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience receiving shipments and recording data manually or using a computer.
• Operate forklift to move materials.
• Store, label and organize items in warehouse.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and count incoming shipments, and record data manually or using computer
• Operate Forklift
• Liaison with Corporate IT warehousing staff
• Pack and unpack items to be stored warehouse or storage yards
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse or other areas
• Mark stored items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities
• Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions
• Regularly cleans work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• General computer work
• Other duties as assigned.
