The CST II will operate the uniform ordering system and a 3rd party site, receive and distribute supplies, and maintain par levels while adhering to health system policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory across assigned UCLA locations (RRH, SMH, West Valley, and clinics).
• Set appointments and process uniform order requests; oversee nursing uniform ordering site and 3rd party website.
• Place supply orders and replenish inventory; monitor utilization and adjust par levels.
• Receive, verify, and distribute incoming supplies and equipment; process packing slips and store in designated areas.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery and adherence to UCLA policies and procedures.
