Chick-fil-A Kahului is seeking an Inventory & Receiving Specialist for the Maui location. This part-time position runs from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM, Monday–Saturday, with a daily early start and a quick finish.

You will manage morning deliveries, verify items, and maintain accurate records using digital tools. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, tech-savvy, and able to lift 25–50 lbs in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify morning deliveries and put away stock.

• Plan inventory by analyzing stock levels and ordering for next delivery.
• Monitor temperatures and product integrity during offloading.
• Maintain a clean, FIFO-compliant storage area.

What You Will Do (Inventory & Receiving):

• Receive & Verify: Put away morning deliveries (Mon–Sat), ensuring all items are received in excellent condition and quantities match the invoice.
• Digital Processing: Use the Signal platform to officially receive orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inventory Planning: Analyze current stock levels and place precise orders for the next delivery to ensure consistent product availability.
• Quality Control: Monitor temperatures and product integrity during the offloading process.
• Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and FIFO-compliant (First In, First Out) storage area.
