Job summary

Chick-fil-A Post Road Location is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for morning shifts. You will prepare and assemble food, support breakfast production, and help ensure a fast, high-quality start to each day.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour. No experience is necessary as we provide paid training and opportunities for leadership development in a positive, supportive team environment.

• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Support breakfast and morning production operations.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, rotating, and stocking inventory deliveries.
• Maintain organized storage, walk-in cooler, freezer, and stock areas.
• Help ensure the kitchen remains clean, safe, and ready for daily operations.
• Sweep, mop, and complete cleaning responsibilities as needed.
• Clean and maintain food preparation stations, equipment, and work areas.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This is an active role that includes:

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
