Job summary

Chick-fil-A Kahului is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support our kitchen operations in Kahului, Hawaii. You’ll start with a fresh chef coat, set up stations, and prepare iconic items like Chicken Sandwiches and Waffle Fries during breakfast, lunch and dinner rushes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare with Pride: Build and prepare high-quality food consistently, ensuring every meal meets Chick-fil-A’s rigorous standards.
• Master Order Accuracy: Leverage KPS screens, sticky special labels, and box tabs to ensure every order is perfect.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Follow strict food safety and cleanliness guidelines to protect our guests and team.
• Organize for Success: Keep the kitchen, chutes, and inventory organized and restocked to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate Effectively: Work closely with the Front of House team to streamline service and minimize wait times.
