Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory in Michigan. You will coach and train Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and lead engagement to resolve event-related concerns while driving operational excellence and team productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Lead and engage to resolve event-related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager while driving operational excellence.
