Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor - Inventory in Michigan to train staff, coach for accuracy, and manage inventory events. You will supervise associates, ensure a consistent workflow, and support leadership across the district.

You will lead by example, uphold core values of service and teamwork, and drive performance while promoting a positive, inclusive work environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are helpful for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
