The role involves loading/unloading materials, organizing stock, assisting with counts, and ensuring accurate shipments. Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to company-specified limits).
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• On-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management through physical labor such as material handling and stocking.
• Assist with shipments and ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager and on-site staff to meet goals.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors.
