Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc in the United States seeks a Warehouse Receiving and Inventory Lead to supervise daily receiving and cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy and safety compliance. You will guide staff, verify material labels, and manage discrepancies while supporting food-safety procedures across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with ability to read and follow procedures.
• Effective communication with production, finance, QC, maintenance, planning, warehouse, purchasing and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail to plan workload, monitor labor and keep area audit-ready.
• Ability to lift and weigh 50 lbs throughout the day.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety shoe/glass/glove/face shield/respirator usage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with all departments about discrepancies/variances impacting cost and production.
• Report safety, quality and inventory discrepancies to management and perform cycle counts.
• Observe inventory staff and monitor equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Report operational and inventory data on specified forms.
• Provide leadership on Receiving and Inventory questions to staff.
• Transfer materials and products between work areas using equipment and sit-down forklifts.
• Understand the inventory impact and importance of food safety in our products.
• Organize the Inventory area and take on additional projects from the Site Manager.
