Job summary

PICS Inventory in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Team Leader to oversee inventory counting for major retailers in the area. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and strong customer service orientation, with travel as needed.

On-site 4–8 hours per inventory, data entry on handheld devices, and coordination with carpool for distant inventories. Prior inventory experience is preferred but not required; development and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience with the ability to manage small and mid-sized inventories.
• Team player – works well within a team concept.
• Courteous to store customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory on-site at major retailers throughout the area.
• Enter data into handheld collection device and use a handheld scanner.
• Frequent reaching and stretching to view merchandise.
• Travel requires carpool for inventories over 30 miles from territory; MVR and driving ability required.
