Job summary

PICS Inventory in York, PA is seeking Team Leader candidates who are motivated, accurate, reliable, and oriented toward customer service. You will count inventory for major retailers in the area and may travel with carpool arrangements for inventories over 30 miles from your territory.

Responsibilities include managing inventories, working as part of a team, and maintaining professionalism. On-the-job training is provided, with competitive pay based on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory experience and ability to manage inventories.
• Be a Team player – work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to customers and store managers.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pay range from $18 to $22 an hour based on experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites.
• Must have a reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers in the area.
• Travel as required; carpool for inventories over 30 miles.
• Enter data into handheld collection device with 10-key entry and scanner.
