Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Inventory Team Member in Missouri to ensure proper receiving, labeling, stocking, and efficient inventory management on the sales floor.

The role supports the front-of-house retail team and supervises a small team to maintain store standards and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage stock levels, coordinate with vendors, and uphold health and safety practices while working in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience is required.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of product lines and store displays is preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a Missouri Facility Agent Card.

Aufgaben

• Team leadership: supervise and motivate the Inventory team and support staff.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and organization of inventory with accurate counts.
• Manage order fulfillment for online and in-store orders.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and optimize stock rotation.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in handling merchandise.
• Address operational issues such as discrepancies and equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to support sales and displays.
