Job summary

PICS Inventory in Charlestown, IN is seeking reliable, detail-oriented team members to count inventory for major retailers in the area, with some travel. Early-morning shifts start around 5–7 a.m. and meet-sites are provided for longer trips.

Position involves accurate data entry via handheld scanner and 10-key input, standing and kneeling to reach merchandise, and on-site work until completion. Competitive pay and on-the-job training are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience and ability to manage small to mid-sized inventories.
• Be a Team player – work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to the store’s customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to begin work early morning hours, 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. (with centralized meet sites at earlier times). Occasional weekend and evening work available.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites. (public or private)
• Must have a reliable means of communication.
