Job summary

Fresh Express Salads is seeking an Inventory Lead to coordinate a team and drive accurate inventory across a designated area. You will supervise shift duties, partner with departments to ensure smooth material flow, and provide coaching to improve performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires at least 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a cold environment with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of shift duties across assigned areas.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure material flow.
• Provide coaching to associates to address performance issues.
• Report challenges to Supervisor promptly.
• Access and interpret system reporting for the work area.
• Train Inventory associates on SOPs and required documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce policies.
• Ensure accurate daily warehouse postings and counts.
• Lead cycle counting and verify high-value items.
• Coach and lead teams to align with Inventory practices and research variances.
