Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services seeks a Product & Deployment Owner for Inventory Management Systems to lead enterprise IMS deployment across SGA and HRI properties. On-site role in Davie, FL with travel to sites as needed, reporting to VP, Gaming Operations.

You will partner with IT, vendors and procurement to minimize downtime, optimize parts spend and improve inventory visibility while driving adoption and training across properties.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience implementing operational and technology initiatives.
• Understanding of inventory management, preventative maintenance, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in casino, hospitality, manufacturing, or large-scale service operations preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Deploy inventory management systems.
• Lead selection, implementation, and rollout of inventory management systems across SGA and HRI properties.
• Partner with IT and vendors to deploy IMS capabilities across properties.
• Coordinate property onboarding, training, and adoption activities.
• Minimize inventory and parts spend.
• Reduce excess spend on inventory levels and replenishment practices.
• Standardize inventory reporting and purchasing practices across properties.
• Partner with Procurement and vendors to improve sourcing consistency and inventory visibility.
• Minimize EGM downtime due to parts availability.
• Ensure critical slot machine parts are quickly available to properties.
• Define inventory operating models and warehouse strategies that improve slot machine uptime across properties.
• Adjust inventory levels based on preventative maintenance schedules and machine usage trends.
• Performance tracking & operational support.
• Track KPIs related to EGM, inventory utilization, and inventory spend.
• Resolve operational or system-related inventory issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reporting, and operational effectiveness across the enterprise.
