Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 1–2 years inventory experience.
• Foundational warehouse operations and inventory control knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Physical ability to handle stock and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks using step-by-step instructions on the Warehouse Manager's behalf.
• Pull and verify stock with pick lists and confirm accuracy against orders.
• Fulfill internal requisitions by delivering stock to active projects.
• Manage ERP and inventory systems for real-time stock alignment.
• Generate and maintain documentation for transfers, audits, and variances.
• Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts.
• Report stock discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager and resolve variances.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
• Process daily receiving and pick/prepare materials for needs.
• Audit inventory stock regularly.
