Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, data science, computer science, supply chain, industrial engineering, math, stats, econ, or similar technical subject matter
• Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from stakeholders to reach a conclusion
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and tools; ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions
• Knowledge of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and inventory distribution across plants/warehouses
• Knowledge of planning and organizing tasks/resources to complete work methodically
• Knowledge of relationship management techniques for clients, vendors, and peers
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Contribute to roadmap development and prioritization for PIC Solution and Data Analytics Suite
• Own PIC systems performance, interfaces, data flows, and architecture
• Manage vendor engagements, release planning, and testing coordination
• Lead design, reporting, data stewardship, and modernization of the PIC Data Analytics Suite
• Provide guidance for ERP conversions, dealer onboarding, and related implementations
• Prioritize data requests and oversee development, testing, and solution design
• Develop parts domain knowledge, project management and leadership skills on the PIC Systems team
• Direct cross-functional projects and communicate with DAC partners on initiatives
