Job summary

Newrest is seeking a Supply Supervisor to oversee the Supply department, ensuring inventory, product, and equipment are received, stored, and inventoried safely and on schedule. The role is hands-on and requires developing staff, setting clear expectations, and maintaining quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in related environments, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel/Office tools, with the ability to train and hold teams accountable in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years' experience in inflight catering or airport hub environment, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or food industry managing non-exempt level employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervises part of the Supply department.
• Manage and supervise the work of assigned employees within the department.
• Motivate and inspire team members to perform above expectations through recognition programs.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by Newrest and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with crew and team members.
• Hold team members accountable for all expectations.
• Take ownership of operations and assigned area.
• Ensure meals are completed accurately and on time per datasheets and client requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues; propose improvements.
• Communicate with client representatives when needed; fill in to maintain flow.
