Advanced Technology Services is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Specialist to oversee on-site inventory, manage stock repairs, and coordinate procurement of parts in Illinois.

You will maintain budgeted stock levels, expedite late orders, prepare performance data, and support continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing and inventory control. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience, or 7 years equivalent.
• Ability to read simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information clearly.
• Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and replenishes onsite inventory and spare parts.
• Processes repairs for stock and supports technicians with parts.
• Manages inventory levels with budget and reorder points.
• Expedites late material orders and monitors purchase orders.
• Prepares performance data and schedules workflow.
