Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, is hiring an Inventory Supervisor for our New York Huntington Station location. This full-time role reports to the Inventory Manager or Plant Manager and offers a salary range of $63,000-$75,000 per year with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 11 holidays and generous vacation.

You will oversee training for Inventory staff, manage daily inventory control and METRC entries, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Competenze

• 3+ years in production/manufacturing, preferably food or beverage
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google apps, Slack; Jira experience preferred
• English communication skills; capable of written and spoken communication
• Occasional travel between buildings/sites
• Able to handle confidential information
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background check
• ServSafe or Food Handler’s Card preferred

Mansioni

• Supervise training Inventory employees and assist with planning, assigning and directing work
• Oversee inventory control based on standards and state regulations; document and input inventory into METRC or other tracking systems
• Fulfill orders; manage manifest documentation; coordinate transfers to sales; oversee QC for outbound orders
• Receive inventory; ensure labeling and proper storage; maintain clean, organized inventory vaults
• Oversee batch testing paperwork; schedule testing pickups; upload results to production system
• Communicate discrepancies and issues to supervisors; respond to questions from across the company
