Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to help lead store-level inventory efforts in the Hudson Valley area. Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with paid training and flexible scheduling.

You will coach Inventory Associates, maintain accurate counts, travel to retail locations, and work with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence while modeling our core values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver\'s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
