The role requires 2+ years in inventory, supervisory experience, and knowledge of WMS. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with sign-on bonus options and a salary range of $62,000–$65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in logistics preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/production/distribution inventory.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a similar role.
• 2+ years PC inventory and accounting skills.
• Experience with problem solving and root-cause countermeasures preferred.
• Lean principles exposure; APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track KPI metrics for daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems for future needs.
• Manage cycle count program and returns/recycle processes.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and staff.
• Execute hold processes for local site inventory.
• Communicate results to the team and stakeholders; drive cost tracking.
