Job summary

Huntsman seeks a Manager, Supply Execution & Inventory Optimization in The Woodlands, TX and San Jose, Costa Rica. You will lead end-to-end inventory visibility, provide operating insights, and coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance to optimize service levels and working capital.

You will own reporting governance, develop SOPs, and advance SBP/IBP analytics using Power BI, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years experience in S&OE,E, Materials Management, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with S&OE and IBP processes.
• Demonstrated inventory management experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of inventory levels across regions, sites, and planning groups.
• Manage the inventory roll-forward process for the 0–3 month horizon.
• Monitor deviations versus IBP targets and plans.
• Identify inventory risks, excess, slow-moving stock, and shortages.
• Track inventory trends and impact on service and working capital.
• Coordinate actions with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Site Supply Chain.
• Support inventory recovery and optimization initiatives.
• Prepare inventory review materials and analyses.
• Govern reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI definitions.
• Drive standardization of inventory management and reporting processes across sites.
