Job summary

Parts Town, a leader in restaurant equipment and parts, seeks a Storage Specialist to optimize storage workflows and maintain accurate OEM part inventory. You will ensure safe, efficient storage locations and help maintain forward replenishments in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will demonstrate strong problem solving, attention to detail and adaptability, with communications in English. The position requires physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and willingness to obtain vehicle

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Adaptable to quickly changing environments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Vehicle certification or willingness to be certified.
• Able to work 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning inventory storage and optimize DC picking and put away flows.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory inaccuracies.
• Identify and relocate unsafe products and move inventory to safer, more efficient locations.
