The role involves organizing stock rooms, scanning deliveries, and ensuring items are properly logged, priced, and stored. It requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to assist on the sales floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify high customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipments as delivered and update inventory records.
• Ticket and stock merchandise in stock room or prepare for distribution to floor.
• Provide feedback on inventory levels and damages to supervisor.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise accordingly.
• Adjust stocking procedures to keep aisles and exits clear.
• Ensure merchandise is stored, ticketed, packaged and logged for replenishment.
• Pack and log merchandise for customer deliveries as needed.
• Transport merchandise to/from remote stockroom locations and maintain records.
• Keep stockroom clean and organized; assist on sales floor during peak times.
• Complete daily tasks and store maintenance; comply with policies and loss prevention.
