Job summary

Pottery Barn is seeking a Stock Associate to support receiving shipments and maintain accurate inventory records. You will help replenish the sales floor and coordinate stockroom organization across departments, ensuring items are scanned, tagged, and logged for efficient distribution.

You will work closely with the sales team, ensuring merchandise is stocked correctly, accessible, and ready for customer pickup or delivery.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are reflected in the system.
Organize stockroom by department and categories; support replenishment on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
Scan shipment as delivered and log into system.
Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for distribution to the sales floor.
Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on shelves or in offsite locations.
Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear.
Safely store, tag, and log merchandise for replenishment or delivery.
