Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Stockroom Associate for West Elm in Denver to receive shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and support replenishment on the sales floor.

You will help organize stockrooms, log merchandise, and prepare items for distribution while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to operate scanning equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom experience.
• Ability to operate scanning equipment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered and ticket stock merchandise.
• Stock merchandise in stock room or for immediate distribution to the sales floor.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on shelves or in offsite locations.
• Ensure stockroom procedures minimize loss to the company.
