Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Stocking Clerk in Michigan to help keep shelves stocked and ready for customers. This entry-level role emphasizes efficient service, product knowledge, and a friendly attitude, with overnight shifts and a focus on collaboration with store leadership.

Responsibilities include stocking, moving products from pallets to shelves, back-room organization, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

Ability to stay composed and productive under pressure.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
