Job summary

We Pack Logistics in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, manage receiving, storage, and shipping, and ensure safe, efficient performance.

You will supervise staff, train new hires, schedule tasks, and report equipment and facility needs to the warehouse manager.

Experience in warehousing or supervisory roles, a high school diploma or GED, and strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree AA preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assigns receiving, storage, packaging and shipping tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Ensures forklift operators perform operator maintenance on equipment.
• Reports equipment and facility repair needs to the warehouse manager.
• Trains new employees to perform assigned tasks.
• Monitors productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes to meet production goals.
