Job summary

Core-Mark, based in North America, is seeking an Inventory/Stock Clerk in Ypsilanti, MI. The role supports inventory accuracy, processes returned goods, and coordinates with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of lifting up to 65 lbs occasionally, and comfortable working Monday–Friday starting at 5pm until finish. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months warehousing, inventory, accounting admin support or related area.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate physical inventory count and records.
• Handle salvage product.
• Check for outdated product.
• Checks in Delivery Drivers
• Inspects all returning trailers
• Verifies returned goods and damaged product
• Makes decisions about the disposition of returned goods
• Re-enters goods into inventory
• Checks Delivery Driver route tickets, customer orders and prepare for operations.
• Maintains accurate records of returns
• Files invoices and other documents on a daily basis
• Receives Delivery Drivers' receipts of the day’s customer deliveries
• Receives appointments as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
