Job summary

Namify, LLC in Springville, Utah seeks an Inventory Specialist to help manage products at our manufacturing facility. Working with the Receiving Manager, you ensure client orders are on-hand and fulfilled from receipt to shipment.

The role is fast-paced and requires problem-solving, self-motivation, and a focus on accuracy and safety. You will lift up to 40 pounds, stand long hours, and use computers/iPads effectively.

SUMMARY:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for handling all products that come into our manufacturing facility. Working with the Shipping + Receiving Manager, this position is key to ensure all client’s orders are taken care of from the moment we have them on-hand. The job is very fast-paced and challenging, but this individual is good at finding solutions to meet the needs of our clients, and is self-motivated to achieve their best performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILIES:

• Receive, PO match, tag and distribute products delivered daily
• Scanning and invoicing orders
• Keeping accurate inventory counts
• Ensure all orders ship out on time, accurately, and with optimum quality
• Understand principles of shipping, receiving, stock pulling, order fulfillment, and quality control
• Follow standard processes set for each task
• Manage time efficiently while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Meet goals for each process related to receiving
• Works with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency
• Ensures that all waste is reported accurately and disposed of properly
• Communicates with management, various departments, and team members to satisfy customer needs

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm-2:00am (Full-time)

WORK SPACE INFO:

This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.

TRAINING:

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
